As a quality assurance leader, I progressed from QA Engineer to QA Project Lead, focusing on ensuring enterprise-grade communication solutions.

My key contributions include:

  • Global Leadership: Led worldwide QA teams in successfully launched Polycom's mobile video/audio conferencing application, coordinating testing efforts across multiple regions (USA, China, India and Israel).

  • Quality Strategy: Established testing frameworks including manual and automated testing protocols, performance benchmarks, and load testing methodologies.

  • Process Innovation: Implemented structured test criteria and issue tracking systems using JIRA, enhancing team efficiency and product reliability across the Solution Testing Team.
